Products

Our products are crafted using full-grain vegetable-tanned leather and handmade techniques. Because of the natural nature of leather and handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in texture, color, or markings may occur.

These variations are normal and are part of the unique character of real leather.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

* The shipping and contact information provided is correct
* You are responsible for receiving the order at the provided address
* Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be accepted upon delivery unless cancelled beforehand , No COD advance will Be Refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.

Returns & Test Drive

All wallets come with a 30-Day Test Drive. Customers are encouraged to use the product before deciding if it meets their expectations.

Warranty

Our wallets include 5-Year Leather & Stitching Support covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, scratches, and natural aging of leather are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

Dastkaar will not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
