At Dastkaar, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every wallet comes with a 30-Day Test Drive so you can experience the product in real everyday use before making your final decision.

30-Day Test Drive

We encourage customers to use the wallet for 30 days to properly experience the leather, comfort, and functionality.

If after 30 days of use you feel the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

* The return request must be made within 45 days of delivery
* The product must not be intentionally damaged or altered
* The wallet should be returned in reasonable condition

* The return request must be made after 30 days of Test Drive

Natural signs of use during the 30-day test drive are acceptable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

* Original payment method
* Bank transfer
* Store credit (if preferred)

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

* The product is intentionally damaged
* The wallet is lost or destroyed by the customer
* The request is made after 45 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if the item arrived defective or damaged.
